  The manager Christian was no help when I came in because of a scratch on my Apple Watch. I told him when I purchased it the sales member never offered me a screen protector and he offered me his employee discount of 30% to purchase one for my already scratched watch. He mentioned another place that could provide repairs, but was not very knowledgeable or empathetic. Ultimately, I called the Apple Store where I was offered Apple care for a one time fee of $50 and replacements would be roughly $60. I'm glad that Apple provides excellent service that can back up their products. AT&T needs to train their employees so that they can provide more detailed information for their customers. I should've been offered a protective screen, case, or Apple care when it was initially purchased. I would've have had to go through all of this if I was offered one of these services to begin with. Very disappointed with AT&T, but I still love my apple products.

  Typical AT&T store with too many staff standing around while customers wait for service. If you can kill an hour, you can buy or upgrade a phone and get them to test it for you. Always make the associate call someone... sometimes the SIM is improperly set up, but they can fix it. Minimal to no support available for obsolete models... usually two versions back and older.
