You may come back hour later to find they needed a password, then 20 minutes later upon completion of transfer find... nothing was transferred! No explanation. No apology. No understanding of frustration and loss of 1.5 hours of your day to get...NOTHING done. Most unknowledgeable staff including manager ever. How it's possible they run a store is beyond explanation.
